Starting April 1, 2026, an updated publication rule will come into effect for the real estate groups within the IVIS.LUTFUN network. The purpose of this change is to preserve thematic consistency and maintain a clear and structured feed.
The groups under the category Affitto Vendita case, appartamenti, uffici e negozi are dedicated exclusively to real estate activities: rentals, sales, purchases, exchanges, housing requests, and publications from real estate agencies. The primary objective of these communities is to provide a clear and specialized space where users can find and publish property listings without unrelated content or distractions.
Previously, services indirectly related to the real estate sector, such as moving services, renovations, construction work, and other professional activities, were allowed. However, over time it became evident that such content reduces thematic clarity, complicates navigation, and weakens the effectiveness of the groups as tools dedicated exclusively to the real estate market.
From April 1, 2026, only content directly related to the sale or rental of real estate will be permitted in the groups Affitto Vendita case, appartamenti, uffici e negozi. The publication of transport services, renovation services, construction work, or any other non-real-estate professional activity will be considered a violation of the rules and will result in immediate blocking without prior notice.
All services, cooperation offers, commercial advertising, and professional activities must be published exclusively in the groups under the Lavoro • Studio • Business category or in other thematic sections of the IVIS.LUTFUN project that correspond to the nature of the publication.
This decision has been adopted to ensure structural clarity, precise thematic separation, and equal conditions for all participants. Group specialization strengthens the quality of the network, increases user trust, and makes the IVIS.LUTFUN ecosystem more professional and effective.
